What exactly counts as a qualified call?
A live homeowner, in your trade, in your area, who wants the job done. The call must last 60 seconds or more. It must not be the same caller twice in 24 hours. The full list is printed above, in the proof section.
What happens after my 3 free calls?
After your third free qualified call, we ask for a card within 48 hours. Then you pay per qualified call only. Failed calls and missed calls never appear on your invoice.
What if a call was bad?
Open a dispute within 48 hours. The recording is the evidence. We credit or deny it. A credited billable call comes off your invoice. A credited trial call gives you one trial call back, up to 3.
Is my market really exclusive to me?
Yes. One buyer per trade, per market. If a second contractor in your trade and area applies, they go on a waitlist, or we offer a nearby area, a service split, or a backup slot. We never share a call.
Where do the calls come from?
We do not disclose our sources. Here is what protects you instead: every call is checked against the printed list, every call is recorded, and you can dispute any call within 48 hours on the recording.
Which trades do you take?
Roofing, water damage restoration, crawl space repair, foundation repair, bath remodeling, drain and sewer, and water heater. One trade per site, one buyer per trade.
Which ZIPs do you cover?
